Matt Milosevich is an American meteorologist, who works for WLKY. He appears on WLKY at 4:30-7 a.m., from 7-8 a.m. on MeTV and again at noon on WLKY.
Milosevich graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.

Milosevich is a meteorologist at WLKY. He appears at 4:30-7 a.m., from 7-8 a.m. on MeTV and again at noon on WLKY.
He joined WLKY weather team in 2004. At WLKY, his responsibilities include to effectively prepare and deliver accurate forecasts for the morning and noon broadcasts.
He also works closely with the chief meteorologist to forecast and produce pertinent graphics for the weekday evening newscasts.
Milosevich is also an integral part of dominant team coverage during severe weather events that is continuously trusted by the most in the market.
KAVU-TV
Prior to joining WLKY, he spent 2 years as the morning meteorologist at KAVU in Victoria, Texas.
While at KAVU-TV, he successfully co-hosted and served as the weather anchor for the “Sunrise” show. The show doubled in viewership during tenure. He also provided wall-to-wall coverage during Hurricane Claudette; the largest November tornado outbreak in the region’s history.
KATU-TV
In 2001, Milosevich was working at KATU-TV; Portland, Oregon as an intern. While there, he assisted chief meteorologist with daily forecasting and graphic production duties. He also maintained daily communication with the state-wide weather watcher network.
Milosevich was also responsible for timely forecast updates on the station’s weather website.
Milosevich has covered almost every type of weather event during his career. He has covered tornadoes, hurricanes, and even snowstorms and floods.
His most memorable coverage was the 2008 wind storm from Hurricane Ike, “Partly cloudy skies, 80 mph wind gusts and 375,000 without power. It was a crazy day!”
Milosevich admits that sunny and cool October weather is his favorite. He enjoys working in the yard and spending time with his family when he is not working.
