Chalet must be checked by one of the staff members before the breakage deposit can be paid back to the client and must be approved by the manager No parties or functions are allowed at the chalets The person that the key deposit is handed to will be responsible for the chalets and the keys.
No keys are to be left behind the door during depature Client who booked the chalet are not allowed to bring their own liquor to the function because if one is caught doing that, he / she will be escorted out of the premises by security immediately (this rule is not flexible) No visitors are allowed at the chalets No own liquor or coolerboxes are allowed at the chalet After 7pm clients are not allowed to go out of the premises and if it is emergency please arrange with the manager, if you go out without any arrangement entrance will be refused If armbands are provided please make sure that you wear them at ALL TIMES IF NOT, YOU’LL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES .
