After stalking, assaulting, and kidnapping his former partner, DT’s sentence was increased.
The Solicitor General referred Goodenough’s 12-month sentence to the Court of Appeal under the Unduly Lenient Sentence (ULS) procedure.
It was raised to three years on January 13 when it was determined to be too lenient.
