While participating in 12 games during the 2022 season, Simmons recorded 69 tackles (42 solo), six interceptions, seven passes deflected, three forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
After a solid 2022 season, Simmons tied for the league lead in interceptions. The seasoned safety had a strong season as part of Denver’s dominant defense.

Since Simmons has a deal with the Broncos through the 2024 campaign, he will probably play out his eighth season in Denver and try to improve upon his strong showing.
