16 years old, Darian, Derrick, 11, Dallas and Denver,10-year-old twins, 8-years quintuplets Deonee, Daician, Daiten, Deniko and Dariz, 4-year-old Diez and Dior, and 2-year-old triplets Dawsyn, De’Aren, and Dyver are the children of Derricos.
In season 2, a sneak peek hinted that the Karen might be pregnant again. In the sneak peek, Karen said, “According to this, I am a week late” to Deon.
Also, both Karen’s Instagram profile bio says “Mommy of 15” and Deon’s Instagram bio says “Father to 15” which indicates that the baby might be joining the family.

Deon and Karen are prepared to have more children as he told Us Weekly “We have not shut the factory down, and I can not tell you when we will, to be honest.”
Karen added, “I enjoy my pregnancies. I enjoy the journey. I enjoy breastfeeding. I relish all of that.”
The star, Karen does not care about gender but her husband Deon wants another boy to outnumber the girls. “We are trying to rule,” said Deon.
“Having 14 children, it is so exhausting, especially when you have multiple multiples,” says Karen to the People. She and Deon are also trying to get the family to move to the country, South Carolina.
However, Karen’s mother-in-law is refusing to move altogether and Deon is torn between the top two women in his life.
