Yasmin Vossoughian is an American journalist who co-anchors MSNBC’s Morning Joe: First Look.
Having been on the channel since 2017, she now anchors a two-hour newscast on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. She and some guest panelists discuss the week’s biggest headlines.
Although Yasmin was born in the United States, her ancestry lies in Iran. Her Iranian parents raised her in a small town in New York City.
She is yet to feature on Wikipedia, but Linkedin has a short bio on her. She graduated from Occidental College in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History.
After college, she landed a job at E! Entertainment TV. Then in 2006, she began working as a world poll correspondent at Gallup, traveling around the world.

Yasmin Vossoughian is happily married to her husband, Whit Clifford, with two babies in total as of 2022.
The couple are together for more than five years. According to Yasmin’s Instagram post, their wedding anniversary is on 25 June each year.
Social media suggests Yasmin and Whit began their relationship in August 2015, as the earliest post of them together came on the 23rd. Then in March of next year, the two had their engagement.
And now, they seem to be living a happy marital life with their two children.
Besides Yasmin’s husband and kids, her family includes her parents – mother Shamsi Vossoughian and father Ahad Vossoughian. Her mom is a senior heart surgeon, and her father is a gynecologist.
