After the incident, Pang Cing the cousin of UK Thang came forward and said Thang’s parents called him to inform him about the news on Friday morning.
He also lives in Utah, but he has no idea what had occurred. He didn’t see Thang for 10 years and never thought about his cousin’s involvement in the shooting.
His neighbors inform that they just see him coming and going but he was not very friendly to them. They just see him occasionally.
His parent’s details are not known. His ethnicity and religion are yet to be revealed.
