Who Is Tim Parry? What Was The Cause Of His Death?
Tim Parry was the son of OBE Colin Parry.
Tim lost his life as collateral in The Warrington Bombing that took place on 20 March 1993. Apparently, two bombs were exploded on that heinous day by the Irish Republican Army (IRA) in Warrington. Aside from Tim, Johnathan Bell also lost his life while 54 others were injured.
Colin’s son didn’t die on the day of the bombing but rather five days later. Fatal head injuries were reported to be the cause of his death by various media outlets.
Despite the loss of two people on that day in 1993, no verdict got imposed on the responsible people. Hence, his parents went on a journey to find out the motive of the IRA’s bombing. Their journey took them to the various parts of Ireland and Boston of the USA.
And finally, in 1995, Tim’s parents founded their own charity after finding inspiration from Northern Ireland’s peace organizations. The IRA bombing was definitely devastating to his parents, but they fought through the despair and are now helping the war victims.

At the time of Tim parry’s death, his age was 12 years.
His family had a few words to share on his 41st birthday on 1 September 2021. On Twitter, his mother wrote that the whole family had laid flowers on his grave for the past 28 years without celebrating, and they miss him.
Tim’s father also expressed his feelings on the occasion of his birthday. He stated that the death of his son paved the way to bring peace to GB, NI, and ROI through the foundation.
