After killing his fiancée in Baltimore, Jay Black proceeded to Columbia and killed his ex-wife before killing himself, according to the homicide murder-suicide.
When the man reportedly entered a residence through the back entrance on Marshall Street in Federal Hill, near East Fort Avenue, the incident began. The 41-year-old victim was the shooter’s girlfriend, according to officials.
After murdering his girlfriend, he traveled to Howard County and killed his ex-wife before killing himself.
