Later that day, he uploaded videos of himself in a hotel room and inside the Capitol building to Facebook. Finally, he consented to enter a guilty plea to count three of his indictment, a misdemeanor charge of unruly and disruptive behavior in a confined space on June 8.
He is yet to be sentenced, but according to court documents, the sentencing provides a maximum punishment of one year in jail, a fine of no more than $100,000, and a term of supervised release of no more than one year because he did not carry a weapon or participate in aggressive behavior.
Nevertheless, it was highlighted in the documents that he had no past criminal convictions and that the applicable fine range for his sentence was between $2,000 and $20,000, with no time spent to six months. His legal representative may urge the judge to suspend any fines.
