Sean Wainui has died at the young age of 25 in a tragic car accident on October 18, 2021. The accident took place around 7:50 in the morning near Tauranga, as per news.com.au.
The Bay of Plenty police received a call of a car crash and immediately reported to the scene. They reported it was a single-vehicle crash and had only one occupant inside the vehicle at the time of the crash.
The occupant was later identified as Sean Wainui. His car crashed into a tree at McLaren Falls Park in Omanawa. The park has been closed for the day.
The precise circumstance of the crash is unknown and The Serious Crash Unit is currently investigating the matter.
