According to Sebastian Daily, he was detained after pointing a handgun at his neighbour. Reportedly, associates responded to the 1100 block of Sabal Palm Lane in Barefoot Bay about trouble between two neighbours.
As reported by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Russo pointed a handgun at his neighbour as he was leaving his residence. The victim has followed Russo standing in his driveway with a gun and holster on his hip.
Not only that, but he also admitted that Russo had repeatedly harassed him and his wife and had made verbal perils. So, he was charged with Felony Aggravated Assault on a Person over 65.

The viral video was posted two days ago. In the video, we can see Russo talking disrespectfully to those who were available on the scene. In the 3 minutes and 3 seconds long video, we can see Russo doing a video call from his laptop.
After that, two women went to him and told him to leave. So, Russo stood up to leave the cancer infusion centre, but he talked rudely to those women.
