The former TMX producer will join the witness box on Johnny Depp’s behalf in his $100million court war with Amber Heard.
The actress was accused by the actor’s team of bringing the paparazzi to catch her filing for a restraining order and posting images of her alleged bruises.

Morgan Tremaine, the former TMZ Producer will stand in the witness box to testify for actor Johnny Depp on Wednesday.
Tremaine’s inclusion on the witness list suggests that the jury could learn more about who leaked the video and if they had any connections to Amber. According to sources, he no longer serves in the industry and has nothing to gain by testifying.
As previously reported by RadarOnline.com, Depp has been trying his best to portray Heard as a manipulative monster who faked abuse charges. He is seeking $50 million in damages for purported career harm.
Amber Heard, on the other, hand, disputed the claims and countersued Depp for $50million over public statements made by his team.

Morgan Tremaine was working at TMZ at the time when the outlet received shocking footage of Depp ranting at Heard in their Kitchen.
In the video, the actor can be seen angrily slamming cupboards, walking around, and even throwing a wine bottle at one point.
The footage in question was shown at the Virginia trial. During cross-examination, Camille Vasquez, Depp’s powerful attorney, interrogated Heard about the leak.
She initially questioned the actress about the time she went to court to get a restraining order against Depp, only days after filing for divorce.
“You Knew the media was going to be there, didn’t you?” Vasquez inquired. The actress refuted the allegation and responded, “No, I didn’t,” and stated she assumed there was that potential because it’s a public building.
