She accused Songz of sexually assaulting her during a Foxwoods Resort Casino event in Mashantucket, Connecticut, in August 2013, when he reportedly grabbed her breast out of her top.
According to a recent letter from lawyers George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell, the R&B singer approached Johnson, pulled the top down, and yelled “titxxx in the open” four times. Her legal team claims she was humiliated by the encounter and sued for damages for emotional suffering and self-harm.
A woman identified as Johnson can reach up to cover her chest in embarrassment in the footage. Megan may have laughed it off, but her attorneys allege she was humiliated and that the encounter left her with long-term consequences, including significant emotional distress and self-harm.
According to Megan’s counsel, Megan was recently prompted by Trey’s Vegas case, which was just abandoned by authorities. If Trey settles for more than $5 million, the lawyers say they will drop the case.
