His first cosplay performance was as Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon from the anime, Sailor Moon. According to her, she was unsuccessful in her first attempt at cosplay, she described it as incredibly difficult, in addition to the fact that she couldn’t even make half of the costume. It was really difficult but despite that, she was as happy as a clam.

In early 2018, precisely on January 26, a crazed gunman broke into the internet star’s home where she currently resides with Free. The shooter gained entry after smashing a window, firing one shot as he advanced. Hearing the shot, the couple quickly took cover in the closet and contacted the police from there. Police accosted the trigger-happy intruder outside the house, as he was already leaving after an unsuccessful search for the occupants of the house. Facing the police, the suspect fired another shot which resulted in officers finding him and was found dead near his car.
Cops continue to investigate whose weapon hit the invader – police or possibly self-inflicted. However, Meg Turney and her lover emerged from the experience unscathed and the shooter’s motive was discovered. He intended to mutilate Free for whom he felt resentment because he (the shooter) had developed an unhealthy obsession with Meg. The experience made the internet personality think twice about sharing her life with her fans via the internet. It took him six months to start working on his YouTube channel.
