Police were called to a Berserker residence early on Saturday morning for a welfare check, where they found Zion Ziggy Sean Goltz’s body.
On Saturday afternoon, Louwant was charged with one count of murder. But unfortunately, she wasn’t there when her case was brought up in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court.
Even though prosecutors are awaiting the findings of an autopsy to determine the boy’s cause of death, police will assert the boy was strangled in an objection to the bail document they submitted.
Zion was raised away from Goltz’s custody for the first seven years of his life, and he was only returned to her in the last twelve months, the document claims.
According to court records, Goltz’s mental health had declined for some months before the recent week and had done so “alarmingly” quickly.
The affidavit states that Goltz was detained for a mental health evaluation on Saturday, during which it was determined that she had suicide ideas.

Police have taken possession of the canvas, which allegedly shows words with Christian themes associated with Satan and Jesus Christ. She reportedly apologized to the voices after speaking disrespectfully to them in front of the police.
