Katrina Phelan is a 37-year-old Council Bluffs teacher from Abraham Lincoln High School who has been taken into police custody for spreading threatening notes around the school.
Katrina Phelan started writing notes about shooting students all around the school, including restrooms, in November.
Although the handwriting on the notes perfectly matched hers, she states having no memory of writing it.
She mentions being worried, concerned, and frustrated because of her uncooperative students. Most of the parents are angry at her action, while some are at the teacher’s support.
On top of that, the investigators believe that she did not intend to hurt anyone. As a result, she eventually lost her teaching license even though she has been released from police custody.

Katrina Phelan should be called a former council bluffs teacher as she no longer holds the authority to be involved in the teaching profession. Her insane act of terrorizing young students has been making her the frontline of news.

Katrina Phelan Age And Family Details
Katrina Phelan is at the age of 37 years old as she was born in the 1980s.
She might have faced 5 years of imprisonment for her illegal actions as a teacher. The mentality and thought pattern of a woman in her late thirties collided with that of her students in their teenage.
Apart from being a teacher, she was a human being who became confident enough to find an unethical way of getting her students on the right track.
Katrina Phelan lives in Council Bluff, Lowa, with her family. The details of family members of the former maths teacher are unknown. Nothing about her family is known yet.
But it has been assumed that she must be living alone or having some family problems, which led her to lose her license for something so silly. After all the consequences, parents are still confident in sending their children to Abraham’s.
