Lily, a lady claiming to be John’s partner, stated on social media that she saw the gunman head directly for John and his friend Jason Henza. Henza was able to reach a private hospital despite having bullet wounds in his armpit, leg, and wrist.
According to the hospital, he was discharged the same day. Mexican authorities discovered drug processing equipment, glass pipes, and marijuana plants at the residence.
