Reportedly, Delinicolis is one of two accused police officers who obtained bail in Central Local Court on Tuesday after being seized with the sexual attack of a teenage girl in a hotel room.

Angelo Dellosa is another NSW police officer who has been charged in the case. Likewise, they were found to spend three weeks behind bars after being arrested for multiple crimes, including attempted sexual assault in March.

James Delinicolis is a 29 years old  NSW police officer who has been charged foraccusing of seducing a schoolgirl of the hotel and trying to rape her. James and Angelo were apprehended over the alleged incident in March 2020.

Similarly, they have been sentenced to five charges, including attempted rape, three counts of recording a private image without consent, and malfeasance in public office.

29 years old James Delinicolis and 30 years old Angelo Dellosa are charged for allegedly trying to rape a teenage school girl. Further, they have five charges. 

The incident took in March 2020 when the teenage girl was waiting for the bus, and the next day they tried to rape her in a hotel room. Moreover, the officers initially refused the charges in August when they were granted bail.

Furthermore, an investigation specified nine women who were approached by the officers over a one-year period.

Additionally, Delinicolis must renounce $500,000 in surety, and Dellosa must forfeit $20,000 before being released from custody where they have been held on remand.
