In the fatal shooting of Zhiwen Yan, Glenn Hirsch has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
On April 30, Zhiwen Yen was shot and killed while delivering lunch in Forest Hills. An unhappy customer has been recognized as a probable person interested in the investigation.
According to CBS2, the customer pursued vengeance last November after not receiving enough duck sauce with an order, vandalizing Yan’s car, and threatening him with a gun.

Glenn Hirsch, a Queens resident, is charged with one count of murder and two counts of unlawful weapon possession (loaded firearm).
Hirsch’s lawyer information was not readily available.
He was also detained and charged on Wednesday with the April shooting death of a deliveryman in Queens.
Hirsch had a long-running feud with the personnel at Great Wall on Queens Boulevard, authorities said, and had been pestering the restaurant with phone calls and even calling 911 on them when he turned on Yan.
Initially, police sources stated that they were looking into if the shooter had any prior incidents at the Great Wall Chinese restaurant where Yan delivered. They also claimed that a police report had previously been filed for allegedly threatening to use a pistol on employees. Hirsch was discovered as a result of their previous meetings.
Yan was discovered unresponsive next to his scooter near 108th Street and 67th Drive in Forest Hills. He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital by EMS units, where he was pronounced dead.
