The former origin player reportedly punched a 39-years-old man on December 19 and now he is dead.
As per reports, the victim Toro George fell into a concrete footpath where he smashed his head which resulted in his death.
Now, with the news of George’s passing coming into the light, Tuiasau’s previous charges of grievous bodily harm have been upgraded.

Oshae Jackson Tuiasau is a former state of origin rugby player.
Known for his tenure as a member of the 2015 under-20 Queensland Origin side, Tuiasau has been a professional player for years.
The Australian player had played for the 2019 season with Gold Coast Titans however he has not been active on the game since 2020.
Apart from being a part of Titans, Oshae had been a major player for North Devils as he had spent multiple seasons with the team since 2017.
Prior to that, he honed his skills on the Townville Blackhawks for a year.
Oshae Jackson Tuiasau Arrest Charges: Victim Toro George Dies In Hospital
Oshae Jackson Tuiasau’s charges have been upgraded from grievous bodily harm to unlawful striking causing death.
While he was granted bail with strict conditions by Southport Magistrates Court earlier, Tuiasau is now expected to attend the court hearing on Wednesday.
Tuiasau punched the New South Wales-native Toro George on December 19 at 4 a.m. however the incident took a dangerous turn when George’s head was struck on the concrete pavement.
The victim was severe after the incident and the police had performed CPR on George for more than 8 minutes before rushing to the coma at Gold Coast University Hospital. Reportedly, the police attended the scene before the medical team.
Toro George is confirmed dead by the police on Wednesday morning. He died at the Gold Coast University Hospital.
Apparently, Oshae and Toro had an altercation on December 18 at the nightclub. The former athlete smacked the victim on View Ave, Surfers Paradise.
