Who Is Faux Fur On Drag Race Down Under? Wiki

Faux Fur, a dismissed competitor On Drag Race Down Under, is an Asian Drag Queen with an unpredictable personality. The fierce, lively, gorgeous Faux Fur was determined to establish a place for herself after noticing the rarity of Asian queens in the Sydney drag community.

She tried to stay in touch with her followers when the epidemic was happening in 2020 from home. She started producing her well-liked weekly Faux Mondays, an IGTV live program on Instagram, utilizing social media.

During that time, everything was in her favor and turned out amazing. She created an Instagram IGTV live program, Faux Monday, every week to inspire others; the forum invited not just other queens but also members of the lesbian and POC queer communities to share their stories. She and her team innovated this idea to assist and develop individuals to emerge from the epidemic in a better position.

With her Asian origin, many speculations and assumptions were made about her. People considered her typically Asian, reserved, and calm. But she claimed to have broken all the rules and gotten away with it. She mentioned her adorable face to be of advantage and helps to get out of trouble while securing the benefitting end of the deal. With these comments, she diminished her submissive and quiet presumption of her.

The Asian drag queen had all the Fans and Judges of the Drag race Down on edge with personality. She was ready to execute flips, cartwheels, and splits to eliminate the other queens from the competition. But, sadly, the queen was the first to set her foot out of the competition.

Faux Fur was tragically requested to sashay away from the tournament before it had even begun after a challenging Lip Sync For Your Life match against Spankie Jackzon.

Faux’s charisma managed to enamor the judges over, but there was one thing they couldn’t get past the fact that, during her final performance, she wore black panties with her delicate dress, a move that will go down in history as #blackpantygate.

When asked about doing something different on the show after elimination, she expressed she could have had a little more fun. She thought she was a bit stiff and didn’t know how to proceed. She summed up as her being stressed and running on adrenaline made her lose the fun element.

Faux Fur’s Real Name

Faux Fur has involved herself in drag for a long time, but her real name hasn’t been disclosed. She presents herself as loud and outgoing and is confident in herself.

While presenting herself in the drag Race Down Under intro clip, she introduced herself as fashionable, fancy, and loud. She prefers to express herself through her appearance, and according to her Twitter handle, she is; SYDNEY’S LOUDEST BUT NOT THE BADDEST QUEEN.

Faux Fur’s Age

Faux Fur is striding elegantly through her late twenties. She is 27 years old and loves to appear fierce, fun, and fabulous. Faux Fur has done everything, including serving as the emcee for an awards ceremony and captivating the clubgoers with her performances.

She was excited to star and compete in the show and said she didn’t believe it at first and felt like it was a prank. But from everything on the show to her wigs and dressed being done, she felt her dream becoming a reality.
