Conor Paul Maynard Wiki Biography

Born Conor Paul Maynard on the 21st November 1992, in Brighton, Sussex England, he is a musician, singer-songwriter and record producer, perhaps best known to the world for his hit single “Can’t Say No”, and debut album “Contrast”.

Have you ever wondered how rich Conor Maynard is, as of late 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Maynard’s wealth is as high as $6 million, an amount earned through his successful career in the music industry, active just since 2008.

Conor Maynard Net Worth $6 Million

Conor is the firstborn child of Helen Maynard, an office worker, and Gary, a builder. His siblings include Anna and Jack, who were featured in Conor’s later YouTube videos “Run”, and “If I Were A Boy”. Conor was educated at Cardinal Newman Catholic School, located in Hove in Sussex.

His career beginnings trace back to 2006, when he set up his YouTube channel and posted his first video which featured him singing “Breathe”, originally by Lee Carr. The same year, Conor made his acting debut in the TV series “Dream Team”, as a young Casper Rose. Since making his first cover video, Conor continued with filming himself singing different songs, which attracted the attention of musician Ne-Yo, who got in touch with Conor after seeing his cover of the song “Beautiful Monster”. Ne-Yo became Conor’s mentor, and in a short time, Conor signed his first professional contract with the EMI/Parlophone, and then with Turn First management. The management company became responsible for developing Conor’s talents and career, and soon after discovering his qualities, Conor was assigned to The Invisible Man songwriting trio and songwriter Sophie Stern. They soon wrote and recorded Conor’s hit single “Can’t Say No”, thanks to the success of which, Conor won the MTV Brand New Award for 2012. His debut album came out later the same year, entitled “Contrast”, and topped the UK chart, plus achieved silver status, which only increased Conor’s net worth. Aside from the single “Can’t Say No”, Conor has also released three more singles, including “Turn Around”, a duet with Ne-Yo, which also achieved silver status in Britain, further increasing Conor’s net worth.

Largely thanks to his newfound fame, Conor became an appraised name in the British music industry, which led to him being a part of England’s 2014 Soccer World Cup song. He started working on his new album, releasing several new songs, but the full-length album was lacking. Conor decided to release a cover album, thanks to his popularity on YouTube, where he had already recorded a number of covers from various artists. The album came out on the 5th August 2016, but still failed to succeed commercially.

Most recently, Conor collaborated with musicians Kris Kross Amsterdam and Ty Dolla $ign on the song “Are You Sure?”, and with CMC$ on the song “Understand Me”.

Regarding his personal life, Conor tends to keep his most intimate details hidden from the public eye, therefore, no reliable information is available about this young pop-star outside of his professional career, not even any rumours, yet!

Quote
1 When I was 17, I signed my record deal and passed my driver’s test. It was a very good year!
2 I am my own audience. I always picture me and my mates and think, ‘What would we enjoy listening to?’
3 I’m pretty boring with pizza toppings. I only ever eat Margarita. If it’s ever anything else then I’ll just go ‘mmm’, pretend to eat it, then throw it in the bin.
4 I want to be the first Conor Maynard. I think I want to have a successful career that is unique in its own way.
5 I’ve been singing ever since I was little, but I didn’t start taking it seriously until I was about 15 or 16.
6 My parents listened to a lot of music when I was really little. They used to listen to people like Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder and I used to be really into that.
7 Fittings are boring, but it’s fun when you get to wear something new and go to a new event. I have a massive say in what I wear – I work really closely with my stylist.
8 I met Ne-Yo in London. I sang for him and he said, ‘I want to sign you.’ It was amazing – it meant my name was buzzing around the industry and I got to meet lots of different labels.
9 I wouldn’t mind being a bit taller.
10 My fans are called ‘Mayniacs’. They enjoy screaming and chasing me and taking pictures.
11 When I was 13, I remember crying on my mum’s shoulder when my first girlfriend dumped me via MSN Messenger. That was cold.
12 I always wear my black watch on my left wrist so I know I’m on stage on time.
13 Show off your own style and uniqueness to stand out. That’s the advice I’d give to people getting started online now.
14 I would probably work with Drake as he is massively inspirational to me as a writer as well as an artist. If not him, then Susan Boyle!
15 I don’t get it when girls say ‘I’m fine’ but don’t mean it.
16 YouTube is an amazing platform for young musicians – although it’s harder to get noticed now that everyone is on it.
17 I had piano lessons when I was younger, but I quit because I didn’t want to sit and learn the scales.
18 My first kiss was when I was 13. I was so nervous that I was shaking. Unfortunately, the girl I kissed never spoke to me again.
19 I think I kind of want to get to a point of being as successful as possible in a way that’s unique to me.
Fact

Scott Disick’s net worth, biography, fact, career, awards and life story

Scott Disick Net Worth: Scott Disick is an actor, model, and reality TV personality who has a net worth of $45 million. He is most famous for being the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s three children, and for making many appearances on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” among various other Kardashian-related reality television shows. Early Life: Scott Disick was born on May 26, 1983 in Eastport, New York, son to Jefferey and Bonnie Disick. He comes from a family of real estate developers, and he has assisted with his father’s business since he was young. He was known for his partying ways when he attended the Ross School in East Hampton, Long Island. He did some modeling for the cover art of “Heartland”, a young adult novel series, before he met Kourtney and began appearing on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Kourtney Kardashian Relationship: Kourtney and Scott began dating in 2006 after meeting at Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis’ mansion in Mexico. At one point, Disick purchased an engagement ring but ended up not proposing to Kourtney. They never officially married but today have three children together: A son, Mason Dash Disick, born in Los Angeles on December 14, 2009, a daughter, Penelope Scotland Disick, born on July 8, 2011, and another son born on December 14, 2014 named Reign. Male model Michael Girgenti, in 2013, filed a paternity lawsuit against Kourtney. He claimed he, and not Disick, was the father of her son Mason. Kourtney denied the allegation and proved Disick was the father by having him take a paternity test to clear any speculation. The test result did reveal Disick is indeed the father of their children. Kourtney and Scott’s on-again, off-again relationship was often spotlighted as tumultuous and dramatic in “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” Kourtney, at one time, believed Disick was addicted to alcohol, and he attended therapy and temporarily gave it up. The couple reconciled after he got sober in mid-2010. The couple split up for good in July 2015. Disick had been in and out of rehab, and tabloids reported he had been seen with other women in Monte Carlo. Other work: In addition to Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Scott Disick has appeared in several other reality TV programs, including Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami and Kourtney and Kim Take New York. In the latter series, Scott convinces Kourtney to move back to New York with him, at least in part so he can get away from her family, whom he always had a rough relationship with up until recent years. Scott works for GNC, managing businesses that create products for QuickTrim, Rejuvacare, and Monte Carlo Perpetual Tan, among others. He has also launched RYU, a New York restaurant, located in the Meatpacking District. He launched his own clothing like, Talentless, in 2018, which sells comfort wear such as sweatshirts, T-shirts, and cargo pants. In 2019, Scott started his own E! reality series called “Flip It Like Disick” which showcases Scott renovating then selling mansions. Personal Life: Disick suffers from anger issues, and this is apparent through his actions on the Kardashian reality shows. Disick’s relationship with Kourtney’s sister, Khloe, is notoriously tense. Disick’s mother and father passed away just a few months apart, in the fall of 2013. Sofia Richie, daughter of Lionel Richie, and Disick went public with their relationship in September 2017. Real Estate: Scott is a somewhat notable property developer/flipper. He has owned a number of homes, primarily in the Hidden Hills suburb of Los Angeles, for personal and professional purposes. In April 2018 Scott paid $3.2 million for a 1.3-acre property in Hidden Hills. After a full renovation that was showcased on his reality show “Flip It Like Disick”, he soon listed the home for $7 million. He cut the price several times before finally finding a buyer in November 2020 for $5.6 million. In around 2015, Scott paid $6 million for another home in the area. In 2019, he listed it for sale to the tune of $13 million. Here’s a video walk through Scott gave to Architectural Digest around the time of listing: Summary: Scott Disick’s net worth is $40 million. He first gained fame for being in a relationship with Kourtney Kardashian on the reality show “Keeping up with the Kardashians”. He has since moved on from Kourtney and is embarking on a career as a high end real estate flipper, concentrating primarily on mansions in the Los Angeles suburbs.
