When two Olympia police officers arrived at the Booth residence, they discovered 6-month-old twin girls crying uncontrollably on the couch and bleeding from their necks.
According to court records, one of the officers proceeded upstairs and discovered a third child, a 2-year-old girl, who was covered in blood and lying on a bed.
