A Las Vegas man was taken under custody after he allegedly kept his girlfriend’s child in the freezer for more than two months. The toddler was found dead inside the freezer on Tuesday.
Having been arrested immediately at the scene, Toseland has already faced court today. In addition to the original two counts of kidnapping, the prosecutors are positive that he will be facing charges for murder as well.

Moreover, he allegedly killed his girlfriend’s 4-year-old child by putting him in the freezer for almost two months. According to his girlfriend, the 35-year-old was abusive to her and she hadn’t seen her child since December 11.
Upon hearing that, the police immediately arrested Toseland and kept him under their custody. According to court reports, he is charged with two counts of kidnapping but a Las Vegas judge has promised to charge him for murder.

It started when her other child handed a note to her teacher that said she was held against her will and hadn’t seen her 4-year-old child for quite a time. The school teacher immediately reported the note.
Following that, the police knocked on the door of the student’s home and found Toseland and his girlfriend coming out of the house. They searched the property and found the body of a toddler in the freezer.
Reports claim that the child was in the freezer for over 2 months.
