Hooman Noorchashm’s wife, Amy Reed, was a physician and cancer patient who pivoted a personal misfortune into a movement to spare other women from the medical approach that harmed her.
She has already left the world following a disease. Reed died in May 2017 after a battle with cancer, a disease that advanced rapidly after she underwent a course with a device named a power morcellator.
