The cause has been linked with some disease complication or sudden illness, but no one is sure for now.

Trinidad was considered a great chef with his own twist in the local recipe and a sublime blend of Latino spicy taste.

He first landed in the USA at 12 as a Mexican immigrant and was based initially in New Jersey.

He later upgraded to the chef position and won hearts with his delicate food twists.

He then got settled with a new job fixed at Capital Grille based in Philadelphia as the chief cook.

At Sancho’s Pistola, Adan is responsible for serving Latino spicy dishes with his unique serving style.

Adan returned to his Philadelphia job as a chief chef after wandering to other nearby states with new appointments.

Adan’s versatility and new recipes of Latino flavor added more customers to the Pistolas meal center.

Trinidad helped build his specialty in those dishes while working as a minor chef in many lower-rated restaurants and still struggling to get a proper full-time job.

Jose Pistolas was always proud of what he had made out of himself, posting his childhood pic with great credit to his present accomplishments.

Now the bereft food house has been surmised at his demise and has to present sad and forlorn sentimental condolences to the grieving family.
