Paul Bernardo is a convicted serial killer who has attempted three murders including his then-wife Karla Homolka’s sister Tammy Homolka. After his conviction and capture, Paul was sentenced to life imprisonment. 

Similarly, Paul was also declared a dangerous offender, thus making it unlikely that he will ever be freed from prison. In fact, his ex-wife Karla Homolka was also part of the murder.

Bernardo’s crimes in the 1980s and early ’90s include torturing, killing, and kidnapping Kristen and Leslie near St. Catharines. Bernardo, now 56, was convicted in 1995.

Paul Bernardo is still serving life at Millhaven maximum-security prison in Bath in eastern Ontario. He was sentenced lifetime and is still imprisoned.  Reportedly, he has attempted three murders, minimum of 14 rapes. 

It has been the second time in less than three years, the families of the two victims fought against the release of Bernardo. The victim’s family expressed the enduring pain her family has felt since their daughter’s death.

Likewise, Bernardo has been eligible for full parole for more than three years. However, the relatives of his victims have stayed determined he should never be permitted out of prison. 

Paul has confessed to raping at least 14 women and girls. One of his attacks told the parole board that she wants to overlook Bernardo, but also likes him to “decay.”

Paul Bernardo’s age is 57 tears old as of 2021. He was born on 1964 August 17 to his father Kenneth Bernardo whereas his mother’s name is still to get exposed. 

Paul was raised in Scarborough, Canada. Paul’s father Kenneth was also an abuser, he used to sexually abuse his daughter. Like Paul, he also massaged a girl and was arrested for child molestation in 1975.

Moreover, Bernardo studied at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Collegiate Institute in Scarborough, and later he went to the University of Toronto Scarborough in 1982. 

Paul was wedded to his wife Karla Homolka in 1991 but their married life couldn’t go long the couple decided to separate. Similarly, in 1994 the duo got divorced. 

It seems like they don’t have any child as the details about their kids is currently missing from the internet surface. 

What Did Paul Bernardo Do To Tammy Homolka?

In December of 1990, Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka reportedly rugged, raped, and murdered Homolka’s 15-year-old sister, Tammy. Besides, Tammy’s demise has originally ruled an accident, and the duo continued to take in young women to assault and sometimes kill.

Homolka ultimately told the police Bernardo had compelled her to provide him with victims. With six types of proof, police were able to sentence the two to prison.
