Falicia Blakely, 36, is currently serving three life sentences at Arrendale State prison for murdering three men by the age of 19.
A TV original movie called When Love Kills: The Falicia Blakely Story chronicles the tragic life of a young adolescent mother who later became a stripper before becoming a brainwashed, mistreated murderer.
According to essence.com, Blakely admitted to the armed robbery and double murder of Raymond Goodwin, 34, and Claudell Christmas, 35, in exchange for being spared the death penalty.
When Falicia was 18 years old, she committed these crimes in 2002 at the direction of her violent pimp. Blakely admitted to pulling the trigger in the murders and was given three consecutive life sentences without the possibility of release.
Armeshia Ervin, a fellow stripper, and her co-defendant were given a life sentence with the possibility of parole in 2024. Blakely and Ervin were allegedly about to rob a restaurant called Mrs. Winner’s when they were apprehended in the lavatory.
Blakely was the youngest person in Georgia to be sentenced to death at the time of the crimes. She is currently receiving a life sentence in jail with no chance of parole.
