The Boston Bombing terrorist Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was initially sentenced to death, but with the change of the U.S. president, some rules too have been changed. So where is he now?
On April 15, 2013, during the Boston Marathon, 2 Kyrgyz-American young men named Dzhokhar Anzorovich Tsarnaev and his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev made 2 pressure cooker bombs planted them in the Marathon venue.
With the detonation of the bomb, 3 men were killed, and around 280 others were injured, among which 17 of them lost both limbs.
The Boston Bombing is declared as one of the worst terrorist acts after the 911 attacks.
The United States was pretty calm before the incident because there were no terrorist attacks for a long time.
As per the official sources, the main motive of the bombing was Retribution for U.S. military action in Afghanistan and Iraq.

They are currently charged with several life sentences, but their death penalty is being re-trialed.

The Boston bomber did get the death penalty after the bombings in 2013, and he was not yet served with the penalty.
Recently, before the beginning of President Joe Biden’s reign, when Donald Trump was the president, there were still the rules of the death penalty and lethal injection.
However, with the recent changes in the presidential system, some rules have been changed.
Joe Biden and his part are against death penalties, and he wants to change things along with this case.
But still, people think that for a case of national integrity and terrorism, death sentences are okay to happen.
Hence, the trial for the penalty is being carried out again.
