On Sunday night, after a private dive team claimed to have discovered the body of missing 16-year-old Kiely Rodni, authorities retrieved a white SUV from a reservoir in California.
Similarly, on August 6, in the wee hours, Rodni disappeared from a gathering at a campground in Truckee, California.
Authorities spent weeks looking for Rodni in the Tahoe National Forest’s Prosser Family Campsite, which locals call “The Campground,” where she was last seen at approximately 12:30 a.m. on August 6 at a party with about 300 people that started the night before.
Plus, on August 11, authorities gathered and collected evidence from the camping area.
With the discovery in the case, the parents of the missing teen were also present at the site where the car was pulled out of the water.
Where Are Kiely Rodni Parents Rodni-Nieman & Daniel Rodni?
Kiely Rodni’s parents were at the scene where her car was found; they were devastated and hoped the body in the vehicle was not their daughter’s.
Her mother, Rodni-Neiman, and father, Daniel, continue to do their utmost to search for their lost daughter. They appear to be awaiting confirmation of whether the body found is that of their daughter or not.
The police, as well as Rodni’s family, haven’t confirmed the body was of the teens.
Weeks ago, everyone with information regarding the whereabouts of her daughter was urged to come forward by Rodni-Nieman. Her daughter was last spotted sporting a pair of black Vans, green leggings with a black belt, and a black spaghetti strap bodysuit.
“We simply want her home,” Rodni-Nieman stated in a video posted on Facebook by the Placer County Sheriff’s Office. We adore her, miss her terribly, and are incredibly afraid.
“Kiely, please come home if you see this because we love you.” I only want to give you a big embrace.
“Our family is pleading with anyone with information to come forward and tell their experience,” Rodni’s mother said.

Obituary: What Happened To Missing California Teen?
Divers looking for California girl Kiely Rodni reportedly found a body and an upside-down car in a puddle not far from where she was last seen.
Rodni went missing on the weekend of August 6, after attending a party at the campground with hundreds of attendees, along with drugs and drinks.
Authorities are framing their inquiry as an abduction since they think she may have been kidnapped.
Following her abduction, Placer County officials turned on the CodeRed Alert System, which sends notifications to the roughly 100,000 residents of the county.
On the morning of August 6, Rodni’s car—a silver Honda CRV—which she had driven to the celebration vanished from the campsite.
She last spoke to her friends and family on August 6, just before midnight, according to the police, and her phone was turned off at 12:33 a.m.

Death Cause: Body Found In Reserviour Is Of Kiely Rodni?
Authorities stated on Monday that they believe a body found in a reservoir in Northern California to be that of California adolescent Kiely Rodni, who has been missing since.
Although the body has not yet been recognized, Nevada County Sheriff Shannan Moon stated at a press conference that “we suspect it is our missing person.”
Earlier, a volunteer dive team claimed to have discovered a body while looking for Rodni, 16 years old.
Reportedly, they had claimed in a Facebook post that the car was submerged by 14 feet of water. The car’s license plate matches the one that was previously disclosed by the police to assist in locating Rodni’s silver 2013 Honda CRV.
Police reported that only one body was in the car, which hasn’t been recognized yet. After being discovered, the automobile was pulled from the lake and is currently being examined.
Further, the autopsy and toxicology results are scheduled for Tuesday, as stated by the police. They asserted that toxicological effects are typically available in four to six weeks.
