OG Maco has disclosed that he has been suffering from a skin-eating disease for the past few months, which began after being mistreated for a tiny rash.
Over the weekend, the 26-year-old rapper shared many photographs of the scabs covering his face and scalp on his Instagram stories, revealing his health battle.
He claimed he had necrotizing fasciitis, a relatively rare bacterial illness that causes tissue destruction beneath the skin.

OG Maco said he’s been fighting the skin ailment alone, without the help of family or friends.
So he understands it took a lot of courage to share that because I’ve been going through this for about three months, and everyone he thought he could rely on wasn’t there, the rapper added in a video.
He added that people to whom he had given all of his affection and everything did not show up, which caused him to lose faith in everyone when discussing his illnesses.
He had the worst nightmare because he felt he had lost his entire face. He has been going through this for about three months.
He released his first extended play, public speaking, on June 7, 2012. Following the success of the song, OG took a hiatus from singing. His comeback was marked by the release of another smashing song, Live Life.
