In Toffees’s game against The Hammers today, he got an injury during the warm-up. Mason Holgate replaced him at the last minute. The replacement wasn’t enough to win the battle despite him scoring an equalizer. They lost 2 to 1.
Since Donny’s move to Goodison Park in January, he has appeared six times with the Merseyside club but failed to either score or assist. Whatsmore, the club has only registered one win in the matches he has played so far.
Nonetheless, he asked his Everton teammates to stand up and take some responsibility before the clash against West Ham. It is the latest setback he has received while in his journey to secure a spot at his parent club Man United.
The club’s next fixtures include a clash against Burnley on 7 April and the Red Devils on 9 April.
Donny van de Beek Salary Update
Donny van de Beek’s annual salary is about $8.18 million (£6.24 million).
On 30 August 2020, the 24-year-old’s former club Ajax agreed on his transfer to Manchester United. Three days later, Donny signed a five-year contract for a reported £35 million ($45 million) and another £5 million ($6.5 million) in add-ons.
Then, on 31 January 2022, the Red Devils agreed to loan him to Everton for a £500 thousand fee ($650 thousand), with the Merseyside covering all of Donny’s weekly salary of £100 thousand ($131 thousand).
However, United rejected the inclusion of the buy-out clause from the Blues.

Donny van de Beek doesn’t have a wife, but his girlfriend is Wag Estelle Bergkamp.
The couple began dating in 2019. The two tried to hide their relationship at first. However, they ended up sharing their happiness on Instagram. They travel quite a lot and post about it on their IG.
Estelle is an entrepreneur who studied and lived in Amsterdam. She is the daughter of former Arsenal footballer Dennis Bergkamp and his wife, Henrita.
The 26-year-old was born in London, where her father stayed for eleven years and won three Premier League titles with the Gunners.
The couple is expecting their first child, a daughter. They first broke the news in November 2021. And according to Estelle’s recent post, she is in the final month.
