A total of 22 women have separately accused quarterback Deshaun Watson of misconduct, sexual exploitation, and assault. One of the accuser women also took back her case and charges citing the ‘privacy concern’. On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, therapist Ashley Solis became the first woman out of them all to publicly identify herself and she also filed a lawsuit against the footballer. Ashley appeared alongside her justice attorney Tony Buzbee to publicly address the issue while filing the court documents.
Harris County Court’s judges ordered a case amendment and charges update after the name of 22 women were indicted in the accusing list, with Ashley Solis going public to speak about the abuse that she had to suffer. Ashley Solis was also joined by another lady Lauren Baxley, with both commenting on the 2020 abuse during a massage session.

Ashely Solis stated that she suffered from player Deshaun Watson’s misconduct during a Houston area massage session back in 2020. As per her statement, Deshaun touched her inappropriately after the massage session ended and this caused a big trauma in Ashley’s life. She also remembered that Watson talked about how she had a career to protect and so does he. This happened after the massage session ended and Ashley was left sobbing after the improper touch from Deshaun.
Ashley was scared for her life but she collected all her strength and finally came public to fight against her abuser. In her accusations, she claimed that Deshaun’s actions were inappropriate and without her consent. Altogether 22 women have accused Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct but their identities have been kept a secret.
Deshaun who was a former quarterback for Houston Texans was transferred from the Texans team to the Cleaveland Browns for a $230 million contract over five years. His contact signing came as a great shock and sad news to the victims, who are still fighting their case against Deshaun. In his pretrial deposition in Texas, Deshaun Watson shared his side of the story and commented on how he instantly apologized to Ashely after the ‘unintentional’ incident.

As per Ashley’s statement, Deshaun grabbed her hand and placed it on his pelvic region, intentionally and made her touch it. She instantly rebuked and started crying while saying that she is done and doesn’t want to do the session anymore.
Hayes shared a similar story where she stated that Deshaun made her make a V motion around the pelvis region with a clear intention of touching her with his thing.
