Kanye appears to have responded to rumors that Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian have broken up with a photoshopped front-page piece from the New York Times.
As you can see in the picture, the humorous headline “SKETE DAVIDSON DEAD AT AGE 28” refers to Kanye’s formerly popular nickname for Pete.
In March 2022, Pete Davidson received a new moniker from West, who called him the Skete. Let’s find out more about this ongoing controversy.
What Does Kanye Post Skate Davidson Dead Mean?
Kanye West jokingly declared Pete Davidson dead on social media. Skate Davidson dies at age 28, according to a bogus news report he put online.
He threatened to smack Davidson and referred to him with abusive words in the post.
The Instagram image also makes mention of Kid Cudi’s most recent Rolling Loud Miami performance, albeit in a much smaller type. According to prior reports, Cudi took Kanye’s place on the roster when the latter canceled due to what the festival’s organizers called “circumstances outside of our control.”
While it will probably be assumed that this is a continuation of Kanye’s ongoing public campaign against Pete, who can now be seen in this month’s A24 horror Bodies Bodies Bodies, it is also possible to interpret this as the culmination of the more fabulous Skate Davidson era.
To put it another way, it’s possible that the fake Times front-page picture was created to draw attention to the fact that the nickname and all of its associated components, which have featured an animated Skete head, among other things, have been retired.
Did Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian Break Up?
Several sites first reported the rumored breakup between Kim and Pete on Friday, some of whom cited reports from E! News, and People.
The second season of Hulu’s The Kardashians, which is essentially a redesign of the family’s former reality TV show Keeping Up With the Kardashians for the year 2022, is expected to include Pete, though.
They have a great deal of love and respect for one another. However, they have discovered that maintaining the relationship has been very challenging due to their long distance and demanding schedules, according to a source for e! News.
Davidson is filming his newest comedy, David Michaud Wizards, in Australia. Another source claimed that the couple’s age difference influenced the choice.
Pete is 28, and Kim is 41; according to the insider, they are just at different points in their lives. “Pete is completely impulsive and spontaneous and wants her to travel to New York or wherever he is at the drop of a hat, but Kim has four children, so it isn’t that simple. She must put the kids first.”
Kardashian split from West, the father of her four children, North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, and began dating Davidson.
Why does Kanye West call Pete Davidson Skate?
Since Kim Kardashian, the estranged wife of Kanye West, started dating Pete Davidson, the two have been at odds with one another.
The artist, 44, started interacting with him on his Instagram account to express his thoughts on Kim’s love life and decide whether to have children with her.
On February 14, 2022, he posted a picture of a man choke-holding another on Instagram. That Skeet was attributing to Davidson was not made evident by West.
Fans think “Skete” can refer to Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson as a relationship similar to Kimye. Skeet, which typically relates to hunting with mud pigeons, appears to be a variant of skete.
It can also be used to describe a “petty” white man; this person is also referred to as “helpile” or “skeeter.” As per the urban dictionary, Skate is a generic noun with a variety of specific meanings.
