Nastu got taken into custody with the child exploitation charges. The criminal charges over him forced him to resign from the position he was serving.
As per the report, he got involved with child pornography and attempted involvement in illegal sexual activity with a minor. Following that, he got ordered to remain out of contact with unsupervised children.
Furthermore, he got arrested on 30 June of the same year with criminal charges and a $100,000 bond.
