Unfortunately, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) has acknowledged that it is investigating the death of 19-year-old Gunner Jaysley-Louise Beck of Cumbria at a base on Salisbury Plain.
The death at Larkhill last month was acknowledged by the MOD ‘with regret.’
“It is with sadness that we can confirm the death of Gunner Jaysley-Louise Beck on December 15 at Larkhill,” a Ministry of Defence spokeswoman said in a statement.

Jaysley Beck’s death cause was due to hanging as per the Daily Mail.
In addition, on the same day as Jaylsey, another girl named Lance Corporal Miah was also discovered dead.
According to their post-mortem exams, they both died as a result of hanging. However, it is unknown if they died due to murder or not.
In fact, the investigation is still going on regarding the increasing number of deaths in the area.

The family remarked that they believe this charity emits the same kind of enthusiasm that Jaysley exuded in helping children recover their dreams.
Her family, from Yorkshire’s Oxen Park, claimed she could ‘light up a room, putting a smile on anyone’s face.’
Jaysley was a lovely and caring person who would go above and beyond to help someone in a less disadvantaged position than herself, they wrote in a tribute.

Before resuming her military career at Larkhill in 2020, Gunner Beck had finished her basic training at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate.
