Wade Phillips wife Laurie Phillips is a former high school cheerleader. Wade and Laurie are originally from Port Neches city of Texas.

Wes Phillips is the son of Wade and Laurie Phillips and works as an American football coach.
Taking in the footsteps of his father, Wes has also become a football coach.
Wes is coaching Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League as an offensive coordinator under Head Coach Kevin O’Connell. He only played professional football in 2002 and 2003 as a defensive coordinator, the position of his father.
