Entry Requirements
- Citizens of Ivory Coast looking to visit Uganda for no longer than 30 can do so with an e-visa.
- A valid passport is necessary for entry.
- Passports must be valid for at least six months from time of arrival.
- Passports should carry blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
- Visitors must have enough money to cover their expenses during their intended period of stay.
- Visitors must have a valid onward/return ticket or other documents pertinent to their next destination.
- Visitors’ luggage must be cleared at the first airport of entry in Uganda.
- There are no taxes or fees required of visitors upon departure from their airport of arrival.
- While the import of Uganda’s local currency is banned, there are no restrictions on the import of foreign currencies so long as they are declared on arrival.
