Trip invented his own undergraduate major at Harvard University in Strategy and Applied Game Theory.
He first created the popular Madden NFL series of video games in his company. He has since created Might and Magic franchise, 3DO console, Digital Chocolate. NativeX, and 3DO. Trip joined Extreme Reality which is the board of directors of an Israeli technology company in 2012. They were working on developing motion control software that can read a person’s movement in 3D, but which only requires a 2D camera. NativeX later announced Trip as their senior advisor to their board of directors in March 2013.
