Tori Bokios is an American Journalist who is part of the CBS 58 Team. She comes to Milwaukee from Rochester, Minnesota where she was the Main Anchor and Reporter for FOX 47/KTTC. Before that, she was a Producer and Webcast Anchor in Champaign, Illinois. Tori is no stranger to Wisconsin. Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, she spent many summers in the North Woods and in Wisconsin Dells. She even got married on Delavan Lake.

A Kenosha man is now charged with taking authorities on a chase reaching more than 130 miles per hour while under the influence. The chase happened on June 8.
Alejandro Gonzalez, 27, is first accused of hitting a Kenosha police car and leaving the scene. Wisconsin State Patrol caught up to him on Highway 31 and tried to pull him over.
When Gonzalez would not pull over, a chase began. State Patrol called the chase off when speeds reached more than 130 miles per hour.
Around 3:30 a.m. Mount Pleasant Police then spotted Gonzalez and another chase began reaching speeds between 70 and 100 miles per hour.
“The vehicle traveling at the high rate of speed started to lose control, going in and out of a ditch, and eventually went down a dead-end road where squads were able to position themselves where he was not able to get back out on the main road,” Captain David Stroup, Mount Pleasant Police Department, said.
Police said Gonzalez was driving under the influence and had a BAC of .16 and was cited for OWI First Offense. If convicted, he could spend up to three and a half years in prison for fleeing officers. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 20.

It’s now been more than a month since a Cudahy teen was reported missing and then found dead a few days later in a park, and many questions still remain about what led up to his death.
18-year-old Brandon Viola’s body was found in Sheridan Park on May 2. Police are still investigating, but Brandon’s mother believes someone who was in that park that day knows something.
“Please just come forward and be honest as to what happened, even if it was an accident,” Chris Viola said. “I just need someone, to tell the truth.”
On April 29 Brandon never came home. “None of his friends knew where he was, so I knew something was wrong,” Chris said. Three days later police found Brandon’s body in Sheridan Park near the shoreline.
“There was a foul play I believe,” his mother said. “There’s no proof at the moment, but there’s been a lot of talk of foul play, and a healthy 18-year-old doesn’t just fall down and die.”
The cause of death still hasn’t been determined. Chris said she doesn’t believe drugs or alcohol were involved. Brandon was just weeks away from graduating from Cudahy High School.
Cudahy Police are waiting for the results of the medical examiner’s toxicology report. They say they interviewed “everyone involved” and “no arrests have been made yet.”
“I just wish I had some answers,” Chris said. “It’s not like it would change anything. It’s not going to bring him back, but the thought of not knowing is going to haunt me for the rest of my life.”
The Medical Examiner says the toxicology results should be in by July.
