Abigail Coburn is an Irish child actor who is part of the cast for The Wonder. She plays Ryan’s girl number two in Netflix’s psychological thriller.
She blossomed in her career after she portrayed the young Emily Blunt character in the controversial movie Wild Mountain. At the time, she faced huge criticism from the audience for her accent.

The Wonder cast Abigail Coburn was born to her parents in Dublin. She was a premature baby born at 26 weeks as her mum Emma became seriously ill with preeclampsia.
Preeclampsia is a condition caused by high blood pressure and protein. This can cause serious complications, including the liver, lungs, and kidneys.
Her father is a radio DJ Liam Coburn, from Dublin station Q102. Fourteen doctors and nurses spent several hours battling in the operating theatre to save his wife and the baby.
Coburn weighed just 1lb 4oz at birth because her parents could not hold her for the first week. One of the consultants, Rhona Mahony, had told the parents that she just had a 40 percent chance of survival; thankfully, she did.
She lives with her parents, brothers Declan & Elliot, and her two step-brothers, Josh & Tobey. At seven, she started going to drama classes with Visions Drama School.
Coburn used to travel from her home in Killester in north Dublin to Monkstown in south Dublin. Her acting debut happened when she got her first screen acting role for Allianz Insurance.
