Conspiracy theories are still being built around her today
When the monarch died following a fatal road accident in the Pont de l’Alma road tunnel in Paris (France) in 1997, some took it at face value, while a vast majority had some ideas about what might have led to his death. Of course, we all know that there has been a car accident, but many people are curious about how “innocent” this accident is.
The black Mercedes S-280 was driven by Henri Paul, and the passengers were Diana, Princess of Wales, her partner Dodi Fayed and her bodyguard, Trevor Rees. Some say it was a planned attack due to Diana being pregnant with Fayed and planning to marry him at some point.
What’s even more fishy is the Lady Dia actually predicted her death in letters she sent to two of her friends, but this evidence was actually withheld during the inquest into her very death. . Theories are still being built.
There’s a slight chance that she could have done it
Despite the fact that the damage to the side of the vehicle, Diana remained in the car for a total of 37 minutes, and she remained in the tunnel for 81 minutes. Medical experts actually testified in court that if Diana had been removed from the scene of the accident in time, her death might have been averted.
The doctor in charge, Doctor Jean-Marc Martino, was not summoned to the official inquest into Princess Diana’s death, so it yielded no results.
The initial French investigation concluded that the accident resulted from driver drunkenness
Apparently the driver Henri Paul was not the best not to drink, especially before driving. An investigation in London that began in 2004 and continued through 2007-2008 attributed the crash to gross negligent driving by Paul and chasing the paparazzi.
Before that, there were a few testimonials and here is one that came out. The masseuse, Myriah Daniels, testified that Henri Paul had recklessly left the airport earlier in the day.
