Telepost Sacco Society Limited is managed by a board of 12 directors elected by delegates from the various branches in annual delegates meeting on a rotational basis.

There are four executive members of the board, five members and three supervisory committee members.

The day to day management of the Society is overseen by the General Manager and a team of senior Managers.

The Society has its headquarters in Nairobi and 21 branches spread across the country, a few of this are Nakuru, Naivasha, Kisumu, Malindi, Mombasa, Voi, lamu, Bungoma, Siaya, Homabay, Migori, Kitale, Wajir, Garissa,Machakos,Kapsabet etc.
