Tee Grizzley First day out Lyrics

These niggas prayed on my downfall
These niggas prayed on my downfall
On all ten bitch I stood tall
Show these disloyal niggas how to ball
Go get the thermometer for the pot, I need this shit cooked right
Let’s keep this water four hundred degrees Fahrenheit
You ever been inside a federal courtroom?
Nigga you ever went to trial and fought for yo life?
Being broke did something to my spirit
I asked niggas to plug me that acted like they couldn’t hear me
Look at me now driving German engineering
You don’t want yo baby mama fucked, keep the hoe from near me
Kilroy remember I used to use yo L’s
To hit the road and hit the O and make them big boy sales?
Moo remember when you had them green things mailed, with vacuum seals
Trying not…

Tee Grizzley Satish Lyrics

Loved each other way more than we loved life
Was so close people thought we had a love life
We loved each other way more than we loved life
(Helluva made the beat baby)
Still do (aye, JB)
I used to be like “I don’t need security” (street niggas)
I don’t want these niggas thinking’ that it’s fearin’ me (at all)
Told my driver “Be on point”, he wasn’t hearing’ me
Them shots went off, I’m steady callin’, you ain’t answerin’
You scarin’ me (hello?)
In my city, if you winnin’, you can’t stay
They call bein’ broke real, they call gettin’ money fake
I gave you a bitch, why you still lookin’ at my date
I gave you some food, why you still lookin’ at my plate, nigga?
They say they love us, but that love might be hate
I can’t really tell the difference, salt and sugar look the same (it’s tricky)
Look how they did Dex, look how they did Blake
Look how they tried to do me but got JB
Man that jealousy so real, a man that hate so deep
Man that envy shit so real, you make it out the streets
You saw it wasn’t me and still shot, what she do to you?
We was just winnin’, now I’m cryin’ at your funeral
But every tear I shed
Another thousand on your head, nigga (that’s on my fuckin’ mama, nigga)
Now show your face and think I’m playin’ nigga
Every tear I shed’s another thousand on your head, boy (on my daddy gave)
Now show your face and think I’m playin’
Aye JB, I wish I was sittin’ outside with you
And I was in that bank with you
You know your favorite rapper wouldn’t have let them guys get you
I would’ve shot ’em, left ’em dyin’, leakin’ in the street
Wouldn’t have ran, would smoke the rest and watch that man go to sleep
And you think they came for her?
Man you know they came for me
They took my heart and my brains, niggas know that I can’t think
How I’m playin’ with these drugs, niggas know I’m like Tay Keith
Eye’s bloodshot red, niggas know I ain’t been sleep (I’m hurt out here)
But all these dead loved ones make it hard to sleep
All this anger inside make it hard to grieve
Aye, all this nicotine make it hard to breathe (make it hard to breathe)
All these tears in my eyes make it hard to sleep (make it hard to sleep)
They found a murder weapon, bro, it’s got’ be hard to beat (gon’ be hard to beat)
First offer fifty years so it’s hard to plea, aye (gon’ be hard to plea)
If they do somethin’ to us then they known for it
But if we do somethin’ to them, then we run for it (we run)
Fuck that, if you take mines, I take yours homie
Then gon’ pray to the Lord “Don’t be hard on me” (please)
Yeah, you drop one, I drop four, homie
And be like “God, please don’t be too hard on me” (please)
If we tear this bitch up, they gon’ say I’m dead wrong
Fuck that, these niggas got my aunty with a headstone
Niggas tell me what they do like they smart as me
But they ain’t take your heart from you, they took my heart from me (bitch)
I got one last person that wantin’ more from me
Ready to kill whoever play with me or shorted me
I got your kids, I got Nanni, I got Nell too
I got your baby, Kee and Zi, and Gabrielle too
I got your sister and your mommy and your fam’ too
How the fuck are you gon’ die on me? I can’t stand you (damn)
I pray they don’t go to jail, I want ’em dead
I’m just listenin’ to the streets, hearin’ everything they sayin’
I’m just waitin’ on a name, I’m just prayin’ that they say it
Give a fuck if it’s the Mayor, nigga, million on his head, aye, aye (whole ticket on his top)
Wish I can wake up and beat your ass
‘Cause I was just tellin’ you about the dreams I had
Aye, niggas snatch my heart on my chest, can’t anybody replace it
Wouldn’t have ever believed you was fuckin’ with your baby
“Make sure Tee good” is all I ever heard you sayin’
Tryna hold my head, I don’t know if I’ma make it
This shit has been eatin’ me (eatin’ me)
I don’t know what you seen in me, but you believed in me (believed in me)
Tell them “Keep that fake love, let me grieve in peace” (fuck that shit)
You drop mines, I drop yours, homie (I’ll drop yours, nigga)
You drop one, I drop four, homie (I’m droppin’ four, nigga)
Then be like “God, please don’t be too hard on me” (please)
God, please don’t close the door on me (please)

Tee Grizzley  Shooting

In his freshman year, he and a friend began robbing other dormitories and stole $20,000 worth of electronics and money from other students in February 2014. On February 27, Tee and Jeremy Ford were apprehended but released pending investigation. on July 1, 2014, Tee was one of the three people who were arrested following an attempted robbery at a jewelry store in Lexington.

Tee Grizzley was sentenced to nine months for the robbery, and, while already serving that sentence, he was sentenced to 18 months to 15 years for the Michigan State robberies in September 2015. On October 16, 2016, he was released from Tecumseh State Prison in Nebraska. While in prison, he had to think hard about where he wanted his life to go. He started reading and writing and, upon his release, he filmed his “First Day Out” video outside the prison where he’d spent his sentence. That video went viral, even catapulting Tee into the lower reaches of the Billboard Hot 100, and now he has a career

Tee Grizzley New Songs

Arriving at #10 is “INTRO,” the first single from DaBaby’s second studio album, Kirk. DaBaby has been prolific since his first mixtape, Nonfiction, in 2015. Two mixtapes in 2015. Two in 2016. A full six in 2017. Then two more in 2018. That pace hasn’t slowed since joining Interscope and South Coast Music Group. DaBaby’s first studio album, Baby on Baby, came out March 1st, 2019. The hard work paid off as Baby on Baby went to #7 on the Billboard 200, #3 on the R&B/HH chart, and #2 in rap.

Of the four singles Dababy has released in 2019, “INTRO” is the second to crack the R&B/HH top 10. Debuting at #39 is Lil Mosey’s “Stuck in a Dream.” Only 17 years old and from Washington state, Mosey has accrued quite the acclaim. On Instagram, he has 2.8 million followers. Like many of the rising stars from the last few years, Mosey’s music originally gained momentum through singles released on SoundCloud.

“Stuck in a Dream” is Mosey’s fourth single in 2019 but the first to land on the R&B/HH chart. At #39, “Stuck in a Dream” places one below the peak of Mosey’s most successful single, 2018’s “Notice.”24KGoldn seized the #42 spot with “Valentino.” While Lil Mosely is an example of the continued star-making power of SoundCloud, 24KGoldn highlights the ability of a more recent app. “Valentino” had initially released in February, but it enters the chart now because of TikTok, the social music app. In the last week, TikTok videos using “Valentino” have accrued millions of views. So the sudden jump to the Billboard Hot R&B/HH chart makes sense.

This is another 2019 win for 24KGoldn. His track, “Workin’,” made the official VOLTA FOOTBALL soundtrack for EA’s Fifa 20. And, last week, Gold performed at the popular Rolling Loud festival. Our last new entry for this week is “Satish” by Tee Grizzley, sneaking in at #48. “Satish” addresses the attempted drive-by murder of Tee Grizzley that he survived but claimed the life of his aunt, Jobina Brown. He characterizes Detroit with the line, “In my city, if you winnin’, you can’t stay…They say they love us/but that love might be hate.” Perhaps the most heartbreaking line: “They took my heart and my brains, n****s known I can’t think.” Brown was also Grizzley’s manager.

The tragedy undercuts the impressive ascendancy of Tee Grizzley since being released from prison in 2016. His first two studio albums, Activated and Scriptures, both cracked the top 20 of the Billboard top 200, at #10 and #20, respectively. And he was nominated for Best New Hip Hop Artist at the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards.

This is Lizzo’s sixth week at #1. “Truth Hurts” seems, for the time being, indomitable. The fall of Lil Nas X’s “Panini” from #2 to #4 allowed “Ran$om” by Lil Tecca to reach #2 (from #3) and “No Guidance” by Chris Brown to go from #4 to #3.#5-#9 remains unchanged: “Goodbyes” (Post Malone), “Old Town Road” (Lil Nas X), “Talk” (Khalid), “Sunflower” (Post Malone & Swae Lee), and “Money in the Grave” (Drake).

The only newcomer was DaBaby’s “INTRO.”

King of the mountain

The world belongs to “Sunflower,” we’re all just living in it. 49 weeks on the R&B/HH chart is impressive. Will it still be in the top 10 come the one year anniversary? The answer is probably “yes,” as, at this point, I’m convinced the song will be on the chart for the rest of the time.
