- Invitation from the host must be notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Swaziland.
- One copy of proof of vaccination against yellow fever.
- Lesotho passport with 6 months validity beyond trip completion.
- Passport should have one blank visa page for the entry stamp.
- A typewritten and notarized business letter on company letterhead stating the nature of the business to be conducted, the name and address of a reference to be contacted in Swaziland.
- The invitation letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Swaziland.
- No business visa will be granted without an official business letter and please be aware that the business invitation letter should be at least 3 months valid.
- All required business visa documents must be stamped by the local Department of Immigration.
- Letter from employer or sponsoring company in Swaziland, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Swaziland.
- The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Swaziland.
- Computer-generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline tickets showing departure date from Swaziland.
