Zhang Shiping Net Worth: Zhang Shiping is a Chinese businessman who has a net worth of $4.5 billion. He has acquired most of his wealth as a shareholder and chairman of China Hongqiao, the country’s fifth-largest aluminum-products maker. Due to poor market conditions, the group was publicly listed in March 2011 raising $817 million. Ever since its formation in 1994, China Hongqiao has transformed in a large aluminum-processing company that employs 31,872 people. The group, along with its subsidiaries, is now run by Shiping’s son, Zhang Bo, who serves as the CEO. Mr. Shiping also holds shares in Weiqiao Textile, where he and his daughter Zhang Yanhong sit on the board. As stock prices for his two listed companies went higher, Zhang Shiping has seen his net worth increase by over $1 billion from a year ago. Married with three children, he currently resides in Binzhou, China.
