Former wide receiver, Louis, had an unpleasant incident in Mt. Washington that got him held. It happened on Saturday night when he crashed in the parked trailer. 

As mentioned by the TRIB LIVE, Lipps refused to take sobriety tests of the standard field, knowing that he would fail. He was a bit out of his normal self and had trouble talking. 

Regardless, the alcohol level of 0.235% got found in his breathe test even after an hour later. As explained by the officer during the crash, his wife was in the passenger seat. 

She did not get held up; however, Louis got charged with two misdemeanor DUI charges for driving while intoxicated. 

He was released, and his hearing in court has got scheduled for 22 November.

During the time of arrest, Leah Lipps was in the passenger seat. She was also intoxicated, but there were no charges against her. 

As per the police officer, the couple had consumed an intoxicating beverage. Looking into Leah, he is known for being the spouse of the famous former player. 

Besides, the pair has not disclosed any information about their relationship to the public yet. Even so, it appears that the couple has two grandchildren who had sickle disease.
