Sky News On COP 26

The analyses of Sepi Golzari-Munro demonstrate that pledges made at COP26 might have already narrowed the emissions gap. However, as Luisa points out, pledges are fantastic, but action is even better.

As part of ClimateCast Daily from COP26, Ashna Hurynag interviews Luisa Neubauer, a German climate activist who has taken her own country to court over climate change. Ashna comes along and joins her in the middle of a coal protest.

With fossil fuels being vilified, she attends a symposium on renewable alternatives and meets with Jadwiga Najder, a Polish nuclear enthusiast, about her thoughts on the subject.

And Sepi Golzari-Munro concludes by praising Glasgow’s achievements. With political will, she says, the world can do more.
