Sandra Bullock sister Gesine Bullock-Prado is a renowned pastry chef and a bakery school owner. Gesine and Sandra have an age difference of five years.

The pastry chef is an instructor at King Arthur Flour in Norwich, Vermont.
Her bakery school is situated in Hartford, Vermont and the school offers classes for 8-12 bakers at once. Sandra Bullock sister bakery skills have also landed her a job as the host of the reality cooking show Baked in Vermont on Food Network.
After two seasons, Sandra Bullock sister cooking was canceled by the Network.
Prado has used her baking skills to judge shows such as Beat Bobby Flay, Worst Cooks, and Christmas Cookie Challenge. She has contributed her recipes to Better Homes and Garden Magazine.

After closing down the business she focused more on baking and enhanced her skills.

Sandra and Gesine Didn’t Get Along When They Were Young
The siblings duo revealed that they didn’t get along when they were young because of their age difference. Sandra Bullock sister age is 53, while the actress is 58 years old.
Prado mentioned that in Sandra’s eyes, she was an annoying little sibling but fortunately everything changed when Gesine was in high school and the age difference between them disintegrated which bought them close.
While growing up the duo mostly bonded over food. So, when Gesine decided to quit the film industry and work as a full-time baker Sandra supported her decision.
In 2018, the pastry chef appeared on the Today Show and despite the tight schedules her older sibling made a surprise appearance on the show to support her.
The baking instructor also seeks Sandra’s advice when in a problem. When Gesine wrote her cookbook Sandra felt incredibly proud of her.
Their Parents Were Professional Singers
Sandra and Gesine Bullock father John Bullock was a voice teacher and their mother Helga Bullock was an opera singer.
Helga and John first met each other in Germany when they worked together.
John was also an ex-army officer who fought in World War II. He was born and brought up in Birmingham, Alabama with his parents Mary LaBlanche and Jesse Burch. Bird Box actress once revealed that her father also remodeled houses.
Unfortunately, John took his last breath on September 18, 2018, at the age of 93.
Helga was a talented opera singer who performed at Staatstheatre Nurnberg and Salzburg Festival. She also taught vocals at Mary Washington College. Helga was born to her folks Eugene Meyer and Elisabeth Wilhelmine in Germany.
Sadly, she passed away in 2000 at the age of 75.
Gesine Has Been Happily Married For Over Two Decades
Gesine tied the knot with her husband Raymond Prado on April 3, 1999.
The couple first met each other when the pastry chef worked at Sandra’s production company. They interacted with each other during the table read of Hope Floats.
It was a love-at-first-sight moment for the baking instructor. But during the time she was in a relationship with her then-boyfriend so she didn’t think anything happening between her Raymond in that brief encounter.
A week later they were on the same flight as they traveled to Austin to scout locations. When they interacted with each other the pair found many things in common with each other.
Bullock knew that Raymond was the one for her so she broke up with her then-partner. After dating for a few months Prado and Bullock were living together and Raymond proposed to the love of his life after a year of their relationship.
Raymond Currently Works As A President At Fear Management
Raymond has served as the president of Fear Management for 33 years. Prado also has experience as a storyboard artist and 2nd unit director for over 20 years on more than 50 television projects and films.
He has worked with renowned directors such as Francis Lawrence, Errol Morris, John Woo, Taylor Hackford, and Walter Hill. Prado has worked in films such as The Adam Project, The Lost City, West Side Story, and Baywatch.
Raymond was born in the year 1967 and he is 55 years old. He celebrates his birthday on September 11.
